I’m a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant & Developer at IBM with 3 years of experience helping international brands connect with their customers in smarter, more personal ways.

Over the past year and a half, I’ve been working on a long-term project for Philip Morris International, where I build dynamic, personalized emails using AMPscript, develop CloudPages and surveys, and integrate real-time communications using REST APIs. I love working at the intersection of data, creativity, and technology, especially when it helps create seamless customer journeys across channels.

Before that, I was part of a Salesforce Loyalty Management implementation for MOL Group, where I collaborated on configuring customer journeys, supported data mapping and segmentation, and contributed to testing new loyalty features across web and mobile platforms using tools like Android Studio.
